work done for the internet, websites, emails etc.

Louise Penny

This page was really a store or catalog page for the very successful author Louise Penny. There were going to be two of the books that would be featured then the rest would be smaller underneath. The header was a banner image that was used in advertising, to maintain consistency. View the Louise Penny store Louise Penny

Flame and Inferno

This page is different in that it is promoting two books as opposed to one, they are part of a series. It was not possible to anchor the retail buttons, as there were two sets of buttons. I decided to stack the buttons next to the cover, and then on mobile, the layout would remain Flame and Inferno

Hungry Girl Fast & Easy

This page is for a food book, it’s part of a successful series. The brand has a logo, with a girl peering over the brand name. It’s a cute personal touch. I decided to carry that over to the page, and make her anchored to the top left side of the browser, looking on as Hungry Girl Fast & Easy

Discipline Equals Freedom

This page was a little more challenging since I needed to include a picture of the author in the header. I wanted to make sure that with the mobile version, the picture didn’t get scaled down to where it didn’t have the same impact as the desktop version. The bold black and white impact is Discipline Equals Freedom

The Good Sister

This is a pretty standard landing page, the design follows the advertising vibe, so it is consistent for the user experience. It also includes a video trailer under the copy as to not interfere with the main call-to-action. View The Good Sister Landing Page

The Lost Village

This is a landing page that has some animation built into it. The tree branch on the side grows and branches out as you scroll down the page. I used Greensock’s Scroll To Plugin to achieve that by creating an SVG of all the branches, and then revealing them over time by creating a mask The Lost Village

Music Industry Content

I worked in the music industry from 1999-2010. I started at Jive Records/Zomba Music, my title was Creative Director – New Media. Zomba was eventually sold to Sony BMG, then finally absorbed into Sony Music. I did a variety of work, mostly websites, but I also created DVDs, ECDs, interactive e-cards and a lot more.
